When personalizing your card, here are some Tips & Tricks for frequently asked questions!
1. Choose your quantity before clicking "personalize it," once you have begun personalizing, you cannot edit the quantity and will need to restart.
2. When you click "add to cart" after completing personalization, you cannot revise the design. If you want to redo it, please remove the item from your cart and start again.
3. Sometimes, our editor will overset text to areas we cannot print. In these cases, we will make adjustments to the design. So if there is a font & size you love, but it looks weird, stick with it - we will make it look great!
4. Proofs are generally not sent unless we need to revise the design for production purposes. If you would like a proof sent to your email, please add a note to your order at checkout.
5. Uploading images can be a tad complex, and is best done on a computer. .jpg, .png, .webp files are supported.
